In these easy, relaxing classes, you can become aware of, and let go of, old physical habits of moving and of holding yourself.
If you are recovering from injury or surgery;have noticed that movements that you didn't even think about before are now a little more challenging; or if you want to improve your yoga practice; or simply find out more about yourself and feel grounded and calm – these are the classes for you.
The movements we do are small and gentle with the emphasis always on ease and quality of movement rather than speed or range.
The Feldenkrais Method has been part of my life for more than 30 years. I qualified as a practitioner in 2008 after completing my training in Switzerland and have a practice near Ladbroke Grove, west London where I do one to one classes on Zoom and in-person as well as monthly in-person workshops. I also help to train people to become practitioners on the London Professional Training programme.
I love the playful and exploratory nature of the Feldenkrais Method. There is so much about it that informs other aspects of life and I am delighted to be able to share it with others.
