CBD sleep guide

CBD sleep guide

Many of you have been asking about the CBD oil benefits, especially whether one of the benefits of CBD is for sleep.

A few myths we’d like to bust:
Some may think when you take products it means just: CBD sleep.. Well that’s not the case!
Some may think that in order for CBD to work you will need CBD with THC, that is again FALSE!
CBD is not specifically designed to be a sleep support, however it’s certainly a great element to help!
One of the hemp oil side effects are headache’s and nausea, sure.. but that is NOT CBD.

So I be you’re wondering, what is CBD used for?
There are many types of CBD and CBD can be good for many things such as relaxing, stress, anxiety, pain and inflammation etc. When picking an oil, it’s better not to pick a CBD for anxiety to help with the pain, because that CBD will be optimised for a certain use, which means you will not get your moneys worth.

Here is our guide to CBD for sleep:

Kiskanu night oil

Kiskanu night oil

This one is our customer favourite for sleep, many people that have had deep issues with sleep have found great success with these sleeping drops

Pro tip:

On the first night try it an hour before you go to bed, take a quarter of a pipette under the tongue, leave it for 40 seconds and swallow. Once done, wait 10 to 15 minutes to see how you feel, if your body feels relaxed then it should be enough, if not then take another quarter and follow the same procedure

Gron Snooze Chews

Gron Snooze Chews

The Gron chews include valerian root and Cannabinoids that are optimised for sleep, they are quite strong and we’ve had some wonderful reviews, with customer’s saying it “put them to sleep” fast

Pro tip:

Start with one 40 minutes before sleep and see how you feel closer to that time, if you need 2 then take 2, but one should usually be enough and it takes 40-60 minutes to kick in
