Leila Bremner - Vinyasa Yoga

This class aims to build a strong foundation of Vinyasa Yoga. Using the breath, students go deeper into positions, aiming to unlock blocked energies in the body. This flow centres around control and precision, with a diversity of asanas and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to deepen your practice and access a higher level of meditation.

We operate a 24-hour notice cancellation fee on all classes.
We ask that you can arrive 15 minutes before your class begins.
Please also wear a face mask in line with the government requirements and sanitise your hands on arrival. If you display any Covid symptoms (e.g. coughing, a temperature, shortness of breath, loss of smell and taste) we kindly ask that you refrain from attending the class for everyone's safety.
If you arrive after the class begins you will be unable to join.
