I began my yoga journey at the Sivananda Dhanwantari Ashram in India around 13 years ago. The powerful effect of daily yoga and meditation struck me immediately. Since then, I went on a mission to explore all of the different types of yoga asana. As soon as I discovered Kundalini Yoga, I knew it was one that would stay with me forever.
I’m a Level 2 qualified Kundalini Yoga teacher and my daily practice anchors my day. I’m passionate about sharing the transformational effects of this magical technology and harnessing the energy of group practice.
