QUANTUM YOGA 
Harness your own individual strengths and finely tune your being in this dynamic flow that utilises the body and breath to move blockages and imbalances within the body. Dynamic & upbeat, be prepared to sweat and smile throughout.

VINYASA FLOW 
Find your inner peace through mindful movement and breathing. Focusing on building strength, balance and flexibility - before ending on a more relaxing and restorative note. Mindful movements and breathing to create a an uplifting and detoxifying flow.

YIN YOGA

Focusing on restoration and deep fascial stretching, in which postures are held for longer in a meditative state. Perfect for inducing a better night’s sleep and releasing tension.

CBD YOGA
Let CBD enhance your Yoga practice and help you to find a deeper balance. A 60 minute Vinyasa flow combined with the relaxing effects of CBD - great for instilling feelings of relaxation and rejuvenation. The session includes a CBD transdermal patch, followed by a refreshing CBD Iced Tea.

 Due to Covid -19 we are running smaller studio classes with a maximum of 5 students per class. Sanitisation will be provided. 
We operate a 24 hour notice cancellation fee on all classes.

Please Note:
We ask that you can arrive 15 minutes before your class begins.

Please also wear a face mask in line with the government requirements and sanitise your hands on arrival. If you display any Covid symptoms (e.g. coughing, a temperature, shortness of breath, loss of smell and taste) we kindly ask that you refrain from attending the class for everyone's safety.

Please note, if you arrive after the class begins you will be unable to join.
