Viv has been teaching yoga for the last 8 years in Sydney, New York and London and trained with both Byron Yoga in Sydney and Stråla Yoga in New York. Her passion for intuitive movement is expressed through her classes as she encourages you to explore what feels good for your unique self through a contemporary vinyasa flow.
She encourages softening into challenge and allowing the breath to move you into your own rhythm. As we learn to listen to our bodies and move naturally the reward is nurturing, freeing, empowering, energy efficient, and above all, fun.
Expect a light-hearted and sometimes challenging flow but with an emphasis on ease. Viv will guide you to think about the journey into the pose so that it becomes a mindful practice.
