Kirthana Amirthavasani is a corporate lawyer turned Stråla Yoga Guide. She
has nearly 15 years of a personal yoga practice and turned to guiding yoga full
time in India and in London after sustaining a life-changing knee injury.
She guides a playful dynamic yoga flow that focuses on natural movement,
drawing from the philosophies of Tai Chi and Qigong to help us move with ease
through challenge and come back to our centre.
