Mimo Yoga flow

Bio:
After completing a degree in Psychology, she found her way to Yoga and found a deeper way to connect to the mind. As her practice deepened, so did her perspective. She qualified as a Pilates Instructor with Body Control Pilates in 2012 and as as Yoga teacher with YogaLondon in 2014.

She is an Experienced Yoga Teacher (500+hrs) working with Adults, Kids & Teens. She teaches a variety of styles including Vinyasa flow, Power yoga, Yin, Restorative, Adaptive and Trauma-informed Yoga. She is trained in Yoga Nidra meditation and offers it to her students. She also a Reiki Practitioner and has attended numerous workshops and CPD trainings including Breath-work and Yoga for Metal health which remains a special interest her.

She believes movement is Therapy and teaching it to others is her passion. With clear and intituitive cues, she guides students through encouraging words while maintaining awareness of breath throughout classes. Creativity in sequencing is her speciality making her classes welcoming to 'every body' by providing a grounding space for her students to heal and transform, to learn and self-reflect, and choose which aspects compliment their needs to their yoga practice. "What happens on the mat translates off the Mat" is motto!

Morning Flow

Wake up your muscles with this Moderate Vinyasa Flow class designed to warm up and energize and the body. We will conclude with some breath-work and short meditation. Leave class ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality and equanimity. All levels are welcome to this nourishing flow.
