Kaye began her yoga journey at the Sivananda Dhanwantari Ashram in India around 13 years ago. The powerful effect of daily yoga and meditation struck her profoundly. She went on a mission to explore all of the different types of yoga asana and soon discovered Kundalini Yoga. Immediately she knew that this was the style that would stay with her forever.
Kaye is Level 2 qualified Kundalini Yoga teacher and practices daily. She is passionate about sharing the transformational effects of Kundalini's magical technology and harnessing the energy of a group practice.
