WHAT GOT YOU INTO PRACTICING AND THEN TEACHING YOGA?

I studied psychology as I’ve always been interested in how the mind works, but I wanted to develop a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection. Meditation and yoga gave me so much more than that, they gave me a framework to understand and appreciate myself, and I felt compelled to share these practices with others.

WHAT DO YOU SEE AS THE MAIN BENEFITS OF YOGA?

In a culture so focused on doing and achieving, yoga is the perfect antidote. It helps to disrupt incessant thoughts so we can discover what we really need. It also enables you to grow stronger and more flexible both physically and mentally, what’s not to love!

WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM YOUR CLASSES HERE AT MOLECULE?

All levels are welcome in my Vinyasa Flow.
Find your inner peace through mindful movement & breathing. 
We will start the month by focusing on building strength, balance & flexibility before ending it on a more relaxing & restorative note. 
Where mindful movements & breathing create an uplifting & detoxifying flow. 

HOW DO YOU RELAX AND UNWING OF AN EVENING?

Every night I have a cup of cacao husk tea with CBD. When I struggle to switch off, I practice Yoga Nidra, a type of guided meditation that walks you through the stages of sleep while conscious. It’s a powerful technique and helps me feel profoundly calm and relaxed. 

WHICH PRODUCT DO YOU LOVE AT MOLECULE?
